DUTCH stands for Dried Urine Test for Comprehensive Hormones. You collect four small samples on paper strips over one day at home, mail them back, and the lab maps your sex hormones, how your body breaks them down, and your cortisol pattern. It is the hormone test practitioners order when a blood draw is not enough.
